Nick co-founded Paideon out of a genuine curiosity about what agentic AI tools could do for everyday professionals — and a firsthand understanding of how much time teachers lose to grading. He helped shape the vision for a platform that gives educators their evenings back without compromising the quality of feedback students deserve.
Based in South Florida, Nick works directly with teachers and school administrators to make sure Paideon solves real classroom problems, not hypothetical ones. His focus is on the people side — understanding what educators actually need and making sure the product delivers on that promise.
